# PVPLAND — End User License Agreement

By creating an account or playing PVPLAND you agree to this Agreement. If you
do not agree, do not create an account and do not play.

## 1. Your account

You need an account to play. You are responsible for keeping your password
secret and for everything that happens under your account. Do not share it,
sell it, or buy someone else's. We may suspend or delete an account that
breaks these rules.

Pick a name that is not offensive, not impersonating another player, and not
someone else's trademark.

## 2. Your worlds and items

Worlds, blocks, items, gems and locks exist only as data on our servers. They
are licensed to you for use inside the game. They are not your property, they
have no real world monetary value, and they cannot be transferred outside the
game. Trading them for real money, cryptocurrency or anything else of real
value is forbidden and voids your account.

A world lock gives you control of that world inside the game. It does not
give you ownership of the world data.

## 3. Fair play

You may not:

- use bots, macros, modified clients, packet tools, memory editors or any
  other program that plays for you or changes how the game behaves;
- exploit bugs instead of reporting them;
- flood the server with requests, or attempt to disrupt, overload or gain
  unauthorised access to any part of it;
- copy or redistribute the game client, its assets, or its source code (see
  LICENSE);
- harass, threaten, or abuse other players, or post content that is illegal,
  hateful, sexual, or that reveals another person's private information.

Cheating is detected server side. Accounts that cheat can be reset or removed
without warning and without compensation.

## 4. Content you create

Signs, books, world names, chat and other text you write stay yours, but by
posting them in the game you give us a free, worldwide licence to store,
display and moderate them so the game can work. You are responsible for what
you write. We may remove any content at any time.

## 5. Violence in the game

PVPLAND contains stylised, cartoon combat: pixel aliens are hit, they bleed
green, and they come apart. It is not realistic and not directed at people.
Even so, the game is intended for players aged 12 and over.

## 6. Availability

The game is provided "as is" and "as available". Worlds may be reset, wiped or
lost. Features may change or disappear. Servers may go offline permanently. We
do not promise uptime, backups, or that any item, world or account will still
exist tomorrow.

## 7. Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for lost data, lost
progress, lost items, lost time, or any indirect or consequential damage
arising from playing PVPLAND.

## 8. Termination

You may stop playing and ask for your account to be deleted at any time. We
may terminate your access if you break this Agreement.

## 9. Changes

We may update this Agreement. Continuing to play after an update means you
accept the new version.
